A Reservation Deposit (Security Deposit plus a processing
fee of $125.00) plus either the first month's rent,
or the Reservation Deposit and the Travel Insurance
Premium for short-term rentals is required when you
sign a lease.
Deposit: Security Deposits for short-term
rentals vary according to the size of the unit rented
($350.00 for Villas and Casitas, $550.00 for Town
Homes, and $750.00 for a Free-standing homes). Security
Deposits for long-term rentals are equal to the first
month's rent. All Security Deposits are refundable
(within 14 days of departure) as long as the property
has been left in order, all terms of the lease agreement
have been met and there is no damage to the unit.
Security deposits cannot be returned until the unit
has been cleaned and inspected. NO DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDED
ON DAY OF DEPARTURE!
Service: There will not be a telephone provided
unless expressed prior to signing lease (In Writing).
Trash Removal, and Yard Care: On short-term
leases of less than six months, these services are
usually provided at no additional charge. Please check
Valley Recreation: Temporary membership is
available with many of the rental properties. Green
Valley Recreation, Inc requires an additional fee
for temporary cards.
Fee: A non-refundable Cleaning Fee is required
and added to all leases. Cleaning Fees vary from $110.00
to $300.00 according to unit size.
Fee: If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable
Pet Fee is required for each animal. Pet Fees vary
from $200.00 + depending upon size and type of pet.
Please note: not all properties allow pets. Your Leasing
Agent will be able to assist you in finding pet-friendly
units. Approval and arrangements for a pet must be
made at time of reservation.
Payment Type:Payments may be made by personal
check, travelers checks, cash or credit card (Visa,
MasterCard). There may be a credit card fee, if the
credit card company charges us a card processing fee.
